REQUEST DETAILS: Would like to know if anyone has tried recreating Shake Shack’s ‘Shroom Burger in their home kitchen, and if so…how!

ATTRIBUTES: A patty of muenster and cheddar cheese (according to the menu) sandwiched between 2 portobello mushrooms, all housed together in a crunchy outer coating. The image pictured is actually a Shack Stack burger, so beneath the ‘Shroom Burger lies a beef patty with a slice of American cheese. Served with tomato, lettuce, and secret “Shack Sauce.”
