Lamington from Tuck Shop
REQUEST DETAILS: Would like an authentic recipe for a Lamington (an Australian sponge cake dessert).
ATTRIBUTES: Light, sponge cake inside, coated with a thin layer of chocolate and shredded coconut sprinkled throughout. The two halves of the cake appeared to have been connected with a thin layer of some sort of jam or honey.
