REQUEST DETAILS: Would like an authentic recipe for Sticky Rice with Chicken wrapped in Lotus Leaf. Particularly curious to learn about other variations of this dish.

ATTRIBUTES: Glutinous rice with an enticing aroma of lotus leaf and hints of chicken flavor. Filled with chicken (as well as mushrooms, Chinese sausage, etc. – though not pictured above), and wrapped and steamed in a lotus leaf.
