REQUEST DETAILS: Would like a recipe for this delectable grilled cheese sandwich – especially the tomato jam on top!

ATTRIBUTES: I believe the sandwich was made up of pecorino and provolone cheese with a chilled tomato jam on top. The flavor of the grilled cheese alone was light and simple and the tomato jam on top provided a refreshing balance of acidity.
